Embracing Yourself : Sense of Self Acceptance ♡ The world around you often tell you to change who you are or often makes you to compare yourself . At some point you might try to change who you are or change how you are or try to act like someone which doesn't exist in this universe and in the end you'll find your well-being getting drained . For so many years of my life , I tried to be someone that doesn't really exist . I tried to fit-in among the others thinking they would like me if I change myself . But guess what? I was wrong ! The thing I realized few months back that I'm just doing this to please others and while at the end of the day all that energy drained me which eventually made me insecure day-by-day and depressed which led to health issues . I found myself not-liking me and it almost made me hate everything i got including my facial features (eyes, nose, lips, eyebrows, hair) and the way my body looks .
