Embracing Yourself : Sense of Self Acceptance ♡
For so many years of my life , I tried to be someone that doesn't really exist . I tried to fit-in among the others thinking they would like me if I change myself . But guess what? I was wrong ! The thing I realized few months back that I'm just doing this to please others and while at the end of the day all that energy drained me which eventually made me insecure day-by-day and depressed which led to health issues . I found myself not-liking me and it almost made me hate everything i got including my facial features (eyes, nose, lips, eyebrows, hair) and the way my body looks .
Now what does Self Acceptance really means? Self acceptance is not just about loving yourself but also about Being proud of the improvement you've done throughout the journey . It's about making yourself understand that you are enough and finally giving up the toxic ways thats affecting your well-being.You need to understand that everyone in this world is unique in their own ways and so is their jouney . So, How about we just stop fighting with ourselves and comparing ourselves with others and finally make a room for our inner peace? How about we just forgive ourselves for all the things we've done and lean a step towards loving ourselves?
Lets take a step today by forgiving ourselves and have a commitment with ourselves that we will try to be the better version of ourselves than yesterday.
